There is a mode in brighter and dim closer to the cold light. It is bad that there is no neutral shutdown mode-you need either to remove the batteries or turn the lantern down so that the sensor does not work-one of the minuses. And in general, the night-happy-the store and the store definitely recommend!! Yes, I forgot to say that the night light works at a distance of about 3 meters +-if there is no interference.
