Товар качественный. Но буду заказывать другую модель. Здесь маленькое отделение для самой заварки, чаинки пролазят сквозь фильтр попадая в воду, постоянно каплями обжигаешь пальцы при открывании верхней части. Плохо видно процесс заваривания чаинок, узкое окошко, которое при том еще и запотевает. А если заваривать в самой колбе, то нет возможности слить через сито. Мне не подошло 🙁
Но товар сам по себе качественный, упаковка отличная.

Банка пришла быстро. Но это по сути не термос и не термокружка, а просто заварочный чайник, поскольку чай очень быстро остывает. Выглядит солидно. Удобная сумочка-чехольчик.Есть существенный минус-заливая крутым кипятком банку будьте готовы к тому, что перевернув банку для заваривания чая вниз головой вода начнет протекать из-за давления пара кипятка. Во избежании этого необходимо открывать крышку и стравливать воздух и снова переворачивать банку. Не легкая по весу, поскольку это стекло. В целом товар не плохой, могу рекомендовать как заварочный чайник. С продавцом не общались.
